Conveyor Specification

The conveyor frame is in mild formed steel with side sections 6mm thick and has a powder coat finish. The geared motor unit is mounted directly to the central driven roller assembly so that no adjustment of the chain tension or maintenance is required. The chain guards fully enclose the sprockets and chains. Our standard manufacturer for conveyor geared motor drives is SEW Eurodrive.

Compact, slim design

The MOTOMAN ES165D palletising robot offers a large work envelope of 2,651 mm and a high moment of inertia ratings. Fast axial speeds and acceleration reduce cycle times and increase production output. The compact, slim design allows the robot to reach into confined spaces, improving system productivity.

Internal cabel wiring

The internal cabel wiring through the robot’s upper arm increases the durability of the hose package.
